Offer weekly and monthly discounts
Give longer stays a discount, and offer a cheaper non-refundable rate for guests who give up refunds.
Set discounts
- Step 1Open the stay in Stays and go to Discounts.
- Step 2Enter the percentage off in the ones you offer and leave the others empty.
- Step 3Select Save discounts.
- Weekly: off stays of 7 nights or more.
- Monthly: off stays of 28 nights or more, in place of the weekly one.
- Non-refundable rate: off for guests who give up refunds.
What guests see
A discount shows as its own line in the price. With a non-refundable rate, guests choose between it and the Standard rate when they book.
Note: A guest on the non-refundable rate gets nothing back if they cancel. If you cancel, you still refund them in full.
