Close dates and set nightly prices
Use the Availability calendar to close nights, open them again, or give chosen nights their own price.
Each stay has an Availability calendar, five weeks at a time, for one room type at a time. Each night shows how many rooms are free and the price.
Close or open nights
- Step 1Open the stay in Stays and scroll to Availability.
- Step 2If the stay has several room types, choose one. Use Earlier, Today and Later to move through the weeks.
- Step 3Select the nights you want.
- Step 4Select Close selected nights to stop bookings on them, or Open selected nights to take bookings again.
Closing a night closes every room of that type for it. Rooms already booked stay booked.
Set a price for chosen nights
- Step 1Select the nights.
- Step 2Type the amount in Nightly price and select Set price.
- Step 3To go back to the room type's rate, select the nights and Use the base price.
Nights with their own price are underlined in the calendar. Guests see the price for the nights they choose.
Listed on another site too
Under Sync with other sites, import another site's calendar so nights booked there are closed here, and create an address to give that site in return. It works for a room type with one unit, such as a whole home.
Note: Calendars refresh about every hour, not instantly, so a night can still be booked twice in that time.
