- List your stayCreate a host account, add your stay with its address, fill in the checklist and publish it so guests can book.
- Add room types and nightly ratesA room type is what guests book: one of a kind or several identical rooms, with its guests, beds, nightly rate and minimum nights.
- Close dates and set nightly pricesUse the Availability calendar to close nights, open them again, or give chosen nights their own price.
- Confirm or decline a booking requestAnswer each request within 48 hours on the Bookings page; confirming charges a held card, declining releases it.
- Turn on Instant BookLet guests book at once, charged as soon as their card is accepted. The stay must be live and take cards.
- Add cleaning and other feesSet a cleaning fee, a resort fee, an extra guest fee and the lodging tax. Guests see each one before they ask to book.
- Offer weekly and monthly discountsGive longer stays a discount, and offer a cheaper non-refundable rate for guests who give up refunds.
- Set up payouts for staysConnect a Stripe account so guests pay by card when they book, with requests held on their card.
