Add cleaning and other fees
Set a cleaning fee, a resort fee, an extra guest fee and the lodging tax. Guests see each one before they ask to book.
Set your fees
- Step 1Open the stay in Stays and go to Fees and taxes.
- Step 2Fill in the ones you charge and leave the others empty.
- Step 3Select Save fees.
- Cleaning fee: once per stay.
- Resort fee: each night.
- Extra guest fee: each night, for each guest above the number in Price includes.
- Lodging tax: the tax you collect, charged on the nights and fees. Check your city and state rate.
What guests see
Each fee and the tax show as their own lines in the price on the stay's page, and the total includes them.
