Get a receipt
Rent receipts arrive by email. Stays and Spaces bookings also have receipts to download as PDF.
Rent
When a rent payment goes through, we email you a receipt, and the payment screen shows its reference. Autopay emails a receipt for each charge too.
Every payment is also listed on your lease's payments page, in your Holuway dashboard or under Pay rent in your resident portal. There is no receipt to download for rent today; the email is your receipt.
Stays and Spaces bookings
- Step 1Open your booking: your trips for a stay, or your space bookings for a space.
- Step 2Select Payments and receipts.
- Step 3Under Receipts, select Download PDF on a payment or refund receipt.
Receipts are also emailed when a payment or refund is made.
Application fees and services
An application fee paid online shows as paid on your application. Holuway does not send a separate receipt for it.
For a service paid by card, Stripe emails you the receipt.
